THE FULL APPRAISAL.

A clear read of your business, and what to do next.

The kind of attention a business rarely gets in one sitting.

WHAT THIS IS

A structured look at your business, and what it's costing you.

The appraisal is a piece of work I do with you, and then for you. Two hours together with you and whoever else runs the business, preceded by time I spend going through your website, your social, anywhere the business shows up publicly. The two hours are the kind of attention a business rarely gets in one sitting, and most people come out of them having either surprised themselves with answers they didn't know they had, or noticed something about the business they'd never quite looked at that way before.

After that I go away and digest it. Sometimes that involves coming back with a small request, a list of your wholesale clients, say, or your referring partners, so I can see how you're showing up across them. Then a written document, as long as it needs to be to do the job.

WHAT YOU END UP WITH

Observations tied to what they're costing you, and a plan in the right order.

Every observation in the document comes with two things attached. What it's likely costing the business now, and what fixing it would be worth. So where another kind of review might say your website navigation is confusing, the appraisal goes further. It names the mechanism, estimates how many enquiries you're losing because of it, and works out what those enquiries would have been worth at your average customer value.

The document also comes with a phased plan. Focus on this first, then this, then this, in the order that makes the biggest commercial difference. If you took it from there and acted on it without involving me again, you'd have enough direction to brief your own website person, your own social person, whoever you work with, with clarity about what they should be doing and why.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Clarity, often for the first time.

What most people say they get, at the end, is clarity. The business they've been inside every day, seen from a step back, with a clear sense of what to do next.

WHAT IT COSTS

£750.

That covers the pre-work, the two hours together, and the written document. There are no upsells built into the appraisal itself. What comes after is a separate conversation, and only if it's the right thing.
