This is the lighter way in. An hour with me on a video call, with the time spent on the work itself rather than on background, because I read your website and your socials before we meet.
What we're trying to land in that hour is the single most valuable move you could make next, and why it's that one and not the others. Not a plan for the whole business, not a list of things to do, just one move, named, explained, and pressure-tested between us in real time. It's a different shape of help to the full appraisal, not a smaller version of it.
WHAT YOU END UP WITH
The move named, the reasoning explained, and the recording to keep.
By the end of the hour you'll know what the single most valuable move is, why it's that one, and what it would change if you made it. You'll have the recording so you can come back to it, and a short note from me afterwards naming the move and the reasoning in writing.
What you do with it is then your decision. Some people act on it themselves and brief their own web person or agency from the clarity it gives them. Some come back for the full appraisal because they want the whole business mapped, not just the one move. Some bring me in to help with what comes next, which is a separate conversation at a separate price. None of those are part of the hour itself.

That covers the time I spend going through your website and socials beforehand, the hour itself, and the recording and short note afterwards. There are no upsells built into the hour, and what comes after, if anything, is a separate conversation.
